USF LOGISTICS NAMES WALICZEK VP OF IT
USF Logistics, the Oakbrook, Ill.-based logistics business unit of USFreightways Corp., has named Dennis Waliczek vice president of information technology.
Waliczek comes to USF Logistics with more than 20 years of IT experience in both manufacturing and third-party logistics industries. He has served as vice president supply chain solutions for Telxon Corp., vice president of IT with SCD Logistics, and director of management information services for Sara Lee Corp.
USF Logistics provides integrated supply chain services, including transportation management, dedicated fleet, contract warehousing and dedicated cross-docking.
