The Alabama-based company has acquired 13 trucking and brokerage operations since 2007.
PS Logistics has acquired the trucking assets of Lawty, Fla.-based D. Mosley Trucking and DMT Logistics Services.
Financial terms of the deal, as well as the amount of equipment acquired, were not disclosed.
Birmingham, Ala.-based PS Logistics, which has largely specialized in flatbed trucking services, said the acquisition not only provides it with an additional terminal at Lawtey, Fla., but expands its presence in the 53-foot trailer market.
Since 2007, PS Logistics has acquired 13 trucking and brokerage operations.
