AirBridgeCargo increases presence in Singapore

The Russian cargo airline added a new Friday frequency to Singapore from its hub in Moscow last week, complementing the Thursday and Sunday frequencies it launched in September 2015.

AirBridgeCargo Airlines added a new Friday frequency to Singapore from its hub in Moscow last week, complementing the Thursday and Sunday frequencies it launched in September 2015, the airline said.
All three frequencies operate with a Boeing 747 freighter.
Singapore, via AirBridgeCargo’s Moscow hub, is directly connected to major European cargo gateways such as Frankfurt, Paris, Amsterdam and Milan, along with U.S. freight markets served by the airline’s international route network.
“Since the very start of our services, we have witnessed strong demand from our customers on routes to and from Singapore, more than 1,200 tonnes of cargo monthly,” AirBridgeCargo Senior Vice President Robert van de Weg said. “We particularly see rising demand for ABC’s dedicated cargo services to Singapore from Europe and the USA.”
AirBridgeCargo Airlines, which is a part of the Volga-Dnepr Group, operates with a fleet of 15 Boeing 747 freighters, providing services that link Asia, Europe and North America.
