EMIRATES EXTENDS ATLAS CONTRACT

Emirates, the international airline of the United Arab Emirates, has extended its
wet-lease contract with Atlas Air for the use of a B747-200 freighter.

Emirates, which has been an Atlas customer since 1994, operates the B747 between
Amsterdam and Dubai in partnership with KLM Cargo. Under wet-lease or ACMI contracts,
Atlas provides its customers with aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance for a set
hourly fee.
