CBP finds fugitive on railcar
U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers in Blaine, Wash., Friday arrested a man who tried to illegally enter the United States as a stowaway on a freight train.
The agency said Christopher Ryan Johnson, 26, was detected in a hopper car by a gamma ray imaging machine as a BNSF train rolled across the border.
Johnson, a resident of Tacoma, Wash., was the subject of a felony warrant for a parole violation.
