Pantos Logistics, a South Korea-based freight logistics business, opened a new logistics center in Laem Chabang, Thailand to enhance its warehouse and distribution business.
The new 10,000-square-meter distribution center was built close to the Laem Chabang port, the largest container terminal in Thailand, and Pantos said the facility will allow it to handle up to 200,000 cubic meters of cargo annually.
Pantos said it also will focus on the large number of carmakers, electronics goods manufactures, and their subcontractors based nearby.
The company will next expand inland transportation operations in Thailand by increasing its truck fleet and opening warehouses in nearby Indonesia.
