TGAX LOGISTICS PICKS MOONEY TO HEAD U.S. UNIT
TGAX Logistics, a Hong Kong-based provider of transportation, distribution, warehousing and customs brokerage services, has appointed Robert W. Mooney as president of TGAX Logistics USA, which handles the parent company’s business in North America.
Mooney was executive vice president of Averdale International, a private equity firm. From 1986 to 1998, he was president of Tower Group International.
