Logicor acquires pfastship Worldwide Logistics
Logicor, a provider of shipping execution systems, has completed its acquisition of pfastship Worldwide Logistics, a provider of multicarrier execution systems. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
In a statement, Logicor said it would integrate pfastship's 400i and GlobalShip application products with Logicor's middleware LogiCOM, providing shipping systems with seamless connections to supply chains.
The acquisition will bolster 'the choices of Logicor's customers in the enterprise supply chain software market,' said Gary Deutsch, president and chief executive officer of Logicor, based in Mesa, Ariz.
