British Airways reduces flight delays

   British Airways expects flights to John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York and Glasgow and Aberdeen, Scotland to be disrupted Monday after a week in which more than 100 flights were cancelled due to bad weather, peak travel demand and staff shortages from high staff turnover this summer, according to BBC News.

   Flights to JFK; Oslo, Norway and Zurich, Switzerland were cancelled on Sunday.

   When passenger flights get delayed, cargo booked for their holds is effected.

   The airline is gradually returning to normal as more employees return from unexpected sick leave new hiring takes effect.
