Delmas reports port congestion at Chinese port
Delmas, a French shipping company engaged in the Asia/Africa trade, said that the Chinese port of Huizhou, near Hong Kong, has become heavily congested.
Because of this congestion, the carrier has introduced a port congestion charge at the port of $260 per 20-foot container or $390 per 40-foot box.
