APL switches Florida calls on U.S./Central America loop
APL has switched calls in South Florida from Miami to Port Everglades, Fla. on its weekly U.S./Central America CAX service.
The CAX service deploys one vessel, the 600-TEU “APL Miami”, which now calls Port Everglades; Puerto Barrios, Guatemala; Puerto Cortes, Honduras; and back to Port Everglades.
Great White Fleet takes space on the CAX service.
