Eurinpro building warehouse in Czech Republic for BAX Global
Eurinpro, an international developer of customized warehouse and distribution facilities, said Monday it will create a warehousing and distribution network for BAX Global in the Czech Republic.
The 161,000-square-foot warehouse, located in Modletice, near Prague, will have 15 loading docks, one large overhead door, a free height of 40 feet and a 24,000-square-foot mezzanine. It will be used to support BAX Global’s storage, assembly and delivery of high-value electronic equipment and devices for its customers across Europe.
Eurinpro has already situated BAX Global in an existing warehouse in Copenhagen, Denmark, and has been asked to develop a warehousing and distribution facility in Spain to enhance BAX Global’s growth in Southern Europe.
Eurinpro designs and builds to the specific needs of a client who commits to the project before construction. Following a commitment, Eurinpro selects and acquires the land, arranges financing, hires and supervises all subcontractors, and controls all related aspects of a project’s development with the client bearing no financial ownership risk.
“Eurinpro’s site selection in Prague shows we are on the same logistics wavelength concerning the importance of occupying the appropriate strategic location. This distribution center will play a crucial role in expanding our pan-European network because it is located at the intersection of the Western and Eastern European highway systems,” said Camiel Vennekens, BAX Global’s business project manager Europe, Middle East and Africa.
