Fujitsu picks UPS for supply chain services
Fujitsu, a manufacturer of computers and components, has contracted with UPS Supply Chain Solutions, the logistics unit of UPS, to be a single-source provider of Fujitsu’s post-sales services in North America.
UPS will provide central parts distribution, returns management, and parts planning services for Fujitsu’s PRIMEPOWER servers and other products. The agreement covers distributing critical parts from 40 field stocking locations via UPS SonicAir, UPS’s same-day service, and through the UPS small package network.
