ASG TO BE DELISTED FROM SWEDISH STOCK EXCHANGE
ASG AB, the Swedish forwarding and logistics group
controlled by the Deutsche Post/Danzas group, said that it will delist the company’s
shares from the OM Stockholm stock exchange.
The board of directors of ASG has decided to delist the shares in
December.
The move follows the purchase of a majority stake in ASG by the
fast-growing Deutsche Post/Danzas group. The other major shareholder in ASG is Sweden
Post.
