FMC reviews 13 OTI license applications

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 13 license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Alliance Logistics Group Corp., Gardena, Calif. (Christian D. Ortiz, director); Global Tradewind NVOCC, Los Alamitos, Calif. (Fiona M. Hooks, president); Mira Transport USA, Staten Island, N.Y. (Veronica Cairns, president); Sea Freight Logistics, Carolina, Puerto Rico (Carlos E. Urrutia, president); and White Horse Logistics, Miami (Donald Oberfield, vice president).
   The agency received NVO-ocean freight forwarder license applications from Encargo Export Corp., Medley, Fla. (Alberto Paniagua, president); and King Solutions, Dayton, Ohio (William S. Panzarella, vice president of international development).
   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from NGL International, Anchorage, Alaska (Raymond P. Donahue, executive vice president); Royal International Shipping, Columbus, Ohio (Klyde R. Edor, president); and South Atlantic Logistics, Elizabeth, N.J. (Samuel Soremekun, vice president).
   In addition, the agency received applications for a change to qualifying individual from ASF Advantage, Shreveport, La. (Ron Stalvey, operations officer); and IJS Global, Sayreville, N.J. (Tina J. Okragly, president); and for a trade name change from Global Relogistics, Davie, Fla. (Alon Ezra, president).
