CONTSHIP CENTRALIZES AUSTRALIA/NEW ZEALAND MANAGEMENT
Contship Containerlines has promoted George Patterson to regional director for Oceania as part of a management centralization program.
Patterson, previously regional director for Australia, will be responsible for the container shipping markets of Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Ocean islands.
Contship Containerlines’ offices in New Zealand will now report to Patterson’ regional headquarters in Sydney. David Smith, regional director for New Zealand, is retiring next month.
