DEUTSCHE POST GLOBAL MAIL NAMES ENGLER COO FOR U.S. OPERATIONS

   Deutsche Post Global Mail, the international mail services provider, has named Guido Engler as its new chief operating officer for its U.S. operations.

   Engler was chief financial officer of Servisco, Deutsche Post EuroExpress' Polish subsidiary. He previously was a CFO for several international companies in Germany and Poland.

   Deutsche Post Global Mail provides a number of services for U.S. businesses sending mail internationally, including direct mail, publication distribution, corporate communication, merchandise distribution and parcels. In 2001 the company handled more than 84 million pieces of U.S. mail to international destinations.
