WORLD BANK SCHEDULES TRANSPORT IMPROVEMENT MEETING
The World Bank will hold a meeting in Washington Feb. 17 as part of its new study to improve the efficiency of international transportation.
The study, the Global Facilitation Partnership for Transportation and Trade, will help the World Bank to develop programs that reduce trade barriers and improve port operations in developing countries.
The meeting will more closely outline the World Bank’s objectives for the transport sector and give industry the chance to comment. For more information, contact Internet web site: http://wbln0018.worldbank.org/twu/gfp.nsf.
