A&B acquires San Diego, Oahu DCs
The real estate subsidiary of Matson Navigation Co. parent Alexander & Baldwin Inc., said Wednesday it has acquired two commercial properties: a 252,000-square-foot, four-building warehouse and distribution facility in San Diego and a 158,000-square-foot, five-building distribution and service center facility in Central Oahu, Hawaii.
The subsidiary, A&B Properties, now has a commercial property/investment portfolio of 8.6 million square feet of retail, office and industrial space in Hawaii and eight U.S. mainland states.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not released.
