BOLERO.NET SIGNS DEAL WITH COREMARKETS
Bolero.net, the London-based electronic document communications system provider, has signed a deal with CoreMarkets, an online marketplace for the international trading of raw materials for the steel industry.
CoreMarkets (http://www.coremarkets.com), launched in June as an exchange for trading ferroalloys, bulk ores and other raw materials. The site offers public and private trading environments, as well as value-added trade services.
The deal marks the third for bolero.net within the steel industry. Earlier this year the metals exchanges Ferros Exchange and EMETRA integrated the Bolero system for international trading.
Bolero was launched in September 1999 as an initiative among financial and logistics industries to move trade onto the Internet.
