Schneider opens warehouse in Port Reading, N.J.

The new 147,500-square-foot warehouse is conveniently located near the Port of New York and New Jersey, the New Jersey Turnpike, the Newark International Airport, and other key facilities, such as FedEx and UPS.

   Schneider, a truckload, logistics and intermodal services provider, opened a new warehouse in Port Reading, N.J. to serve shippers that utilize Northeastern ports, the company said.
   The 147,500-square-foot warehouse is conveniently located near the Port of New York and New Jersey, the New Jersey Turnpike, the Newark International Airport, and other key facilities, such as FedEx and UPS.
   The warehouse features a clear height of 36 feet; 23 dock doors; space for 35 trailer spots, plus off-site yard availability; a guarded and controlled entrance; and an early suppression, fast response sprinkler system.
   Schneider’s port logistics division includes over 6.5 million square feet of warehousing and transload space throughout the United States, which in addition to the new facility in New Jersey, is located in California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Texas and Virginia.
