EC clears TNT logistics sale to Apollo
The 1.48-billion-euro ($1.9 billion) sale of TNT’s logistics division to New York-based investment firm Apollo Management has been cleared by the European Commission.
TNT said it expects the takeover to be completed by the end of the year.
