DIRECT CONTAINER LINE ADDS ONLINE TRACK-AND-TRACE SYSTEM
Direct Container Line, the Carson, Calif.-based non-vessel-operating common carrier, has implemented a new online track-and-trace system to enhance the company's e-commerce capabilities.
The Trace N' Trace program, available to DCL customers worldwide, allows shipment details to be viewed on screen or from a downloaded Excel file. The program also allows searchable features, to view multiple shipments by either shipper/city, forwarder/city, or booking office.
