SHIPLOGIX, nPASSAGE MERGE

ShipLogix and nPassage two Internet-based transportation management systems, have joined forces as called SLX Inc.

   The new entity has acquired the assets of both companies and will operate under the ShipLogix names. ShipLogix has already implemented the integrated ShipLogix/nPassage system with several customers, including Dedicated Logistics and Matushita Avionics Systems Corp.

   The sales transactions were followed by another round of funding, though terms were not disclosed.
