CN OPENS INTERMODAL TERMINAL IN MONTREAL
Canadian National will open a new $47-million intermodal freight terminal in Montreal on Sept. 4.
Located at CN’s Tashereau Yard, the new terminal will “significantly improve traffic flows between rail and truck,” the Montreal-based railroad said. The terminal also includes Speen Gate, a system used to identify incoming truck drivers for speed and security purposes.
