FMC reviews 7 OTI license applications for review

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received seven ocean transportation intermediary license applications for review.

   The agency received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Dolphin Logistics, Hacienda Heights, Calif. (Kenny Isung Tsai, chief executive officer); Scotty’s Caribbean Shipping, Brooklyn, N.Y. (Owen Duncan, president); Pinoy Express Cargo, Walnut, Calif. (Lawrence Lary Esguerra, president); and Admiral Global Services, Bensenville, Ill. (Patricia R. Hezinger, president).

   The FMC received a NVO/ocean freight forwarder license application from Swift Global Logistics, Los Angeles (Paul J. Martins, president).

   The agency received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Seibal Cargo Corp., Miami (Mauricio Arriaga, vice president); and Sanjet Express, New Hyde Park, N.Y. (Jane Chin Shuen Lieu, president).
