BIMCO LAUNCHES DATABASE FOR DRY BULK CARGO
BIMCO, a private association of shipping companies representing 65 percent of the world’s merchant fleet, has established a database for dry bulk cargoes.
Available to BIMCO members, the new database provides general guidance for cargo certification and information regarding safe practices of cargo handling, intended for shore-based staff as well as vessel crews.
