NOL NAMES CHENG DEPUTY CHAIRMAN
NOL has appointed Cheng Wai Keung as deputy chairman and has expanded its board.
Cheng joined NOL as a director in 1992 and has served on the executive committee since 1997.
Named as non-executive directors of the Singapore-based group are Marvin J. Girouard, chairman and chief executive officer of Pier 1 Imports; and Friedbert Malt, a German banker.
