DANZAS N.A. MOVES HEADQUARTERS TO NEWARK
Danzas North America, a provider of information-technology-supported logistics solutions, said Thursday it will relocate its corporate headquarters to Newark, N.J., effective July 1.
The provider’s principal U.S. office had been in Darien, Conn. Danzas will keep its administrative operations in Darien. The company’s North American Information Technology Group will remain in Renton, Wash.
Hans Toggweiler, chief executive officer and president, Danzas AEI Intercontinental, referred to Newark “as the epicenter of U.S. and global commerce ' the New York-Newark area is, in many ways, the heart of world trade.”
Danzas North America is part of the Danzas Group, based in Basel, Switzerland.
