GT NEXUS SIGNS CONTRACT WITH PROCTER & GAMBLE
GT Nexus, a provider of e-logistics software solutions, said Thursday it has signed a contract to deploy and operate a private logistics network for Procter & Gamble.
The network will help Procter & Gamble contract and manage its global transportation agreements, said Aaron Sasson, chairman and chief executive officer of GT Nexus, based in Alameda, Calif. The provider acts as an online shipping portal for 12 ocean carriers, including APL, CP Ships, Hanjin, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, and Zim Israel.
