Management Dynamics, a provider of tariff and contract management services, has appointed Albert Cooke as director of sales operations and Tom Wyville as director of mid-Atlantic sales.
Cooke was vice president of products and solutions for Industri-Matematik International Corp. Wyville was director of sales at Log-Net Inc.
