Freightgate appoints Anchan VP of business development
Freightgate, Inc., the Huntingdon Beach, Calif.-based provider of Internet applications for the freight and logistics industry, has appointed Rick Anchan its vice president, business development.
Anchan was previously senior vice president of UTi Worldwide.
Prior to that Anchan served as vice president operations for Menlo Logistics, and senior vice president of GATX Logistics (now APL Logistics).
Anchan will be based at Freightgate’s headquarters, contributing particularly to product development, sales and marketing, Freightgate said.
