COAC TO HOLD MEETING, OUTLINE AGENDA
The Treasury Advisory Committee on Commercial Operations of the U.S. Customs Service (COAC) will hold its next meeting in Washington at the Treasury Department on Dec. 1.
Topics to be addressed at the meeting include the merchandise processing fee; Customs’ Office of Regulations and Rulings; Customs’ Compliance Assessment Team program; the Treasury study on Customs data and record-keeping requirements; current and proposed Customs programs, such as the Entry Revision Project, Post Entry Amendment Process, and Importer Compliance Measurement Project; and G-7 Customs Automated Reporting Standardization and Simplification Initiative. The agenda is subject to change prior to the meeting.
