PWC Logistic acquires Trans-Link Group
PWC Logistics, a Kuwait-based logistics provider, has acquired Singapore-based logistics services provider Trans-Link Group, for an undisclosed amount.
Established in 1982, Trans-Link has logistics activities in Asia, South Africa and Latin America. Its activities include specialized logistics and supply chain management services in the areas of exhibition and event logistics, e-fulfillment and project forwarding.
PWC said the acquisition will give it access to markets in Asia.
“PWC and Trans-Link have developed a joint sales and marketing focus to pursue cross-selling opportunities in each other’s markets as well as identify new prospects that will benefit from these expanded offerings in the new geographic service areas,” the companies said in a joint statement.
