GEOLOGISTICS U.K. NAMES WALKER GENERAL MANAGER PROJECTS
GeoLogistics Ltd. U.K., a unit of GeoLogistics Corp., the big non-asset-based North American logistics provider, has named John Walker general manager projects.
Walker has nearly 30 years of transportation industry experience, in general forwarding and with shipping lines, including P&O, Hapag Lloyd and Evergreen. For the last 13 years he specialized in project management, the last seven years as general manager projects with Kuehne & Nagel in the United Kingdom.
Walker is based at GeoLogistics' Bromley, Kent office. GeoLogistics' global projects division is based in Houston.
