World Air files late reports with Nasdaq

The Nasdaq stock exchange has removed from World Air Holdings’ listing the fifth character “E” indicating that a company is not current in filing.

After being given three extensions that could have seen the company expelled from the stock exchange, World Air last week filed its restated second quarter and third quarter reports.

World Air is the parent company of World Airways and North American Airlines.
