Executive Moves: Tiger Cool Express and ShipServ

Tiger Cool Express appoints two VPs and chief commercial officer, while former V.Ships CEO joins ShipServ board.

   Tiger Cool Express has promoted Bill Welker to senior vice president of sales. He was previously vice president of national accounts. In addition, the company appointed Bob LeGrand, formerly associate vice president of operations at Werner Enterprises Intermodal Group, to vice president of operations, and Brian Bowers, recently retired as vice president of intermodal at Kansas City Southern Railroad, as chief commercial officer. 

   Former V.Ships chief executive officer, Donald Anderson, has joined board of ShipServ, a marine and offshore e-marketplace. As an advisor to the board of Univan Ship Management, he played a central role in the recently announced merger with Anglo Eastern, creating one of the world’s biggest ship management groups.
