UPS will expand Thailand service after open-skies pact
United Parcel Service, an Atlanta-based provider of package delivery and supply chain services, said it plans to expand its existing service to Thailand in the coming months, following the successful negotiation of a U.S.-Thailand 'open skies' agreement.
The “open skies” agreement eliminates restrictions on how often carriers can fly, the type of aircraft they can use, and the prices they can charge for their services.
