Dubai begins CSI exams
A team of U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers last weekend began assisting Dubai customs officials conduct exams of suspicious sea containers bound for the United States as part of the Container Security Initiative, the agency announced.
Dubai, a major transshipment port, is the 35th port to participate in the U.S. program designed to identify and interdict cargo that may contain a terrorist weapon before it reaches U.S. shores.
