MOL BENELUX LOGISTICS COMPANY CHANGES NAME
Mitsui O.S.K. Lines said it's affiliated logistics company in the Netherlands, Wassing B.V., will change its name to MOL Logistics (Netherlands) B.V., effective Oct. 1.
MOL purchased the company in 1990 to expand its logistics services in Europe. In January MOL merged the company with M.O. Express International B.V., another Netherlands logistics affiliate co-owned by MOL and M.O. Air System Inc.
MOL, which established MOL Logistics (USA) Inc. in July, said that MOL Logistics (Netherlands) will serve as the European core for the MOL Logistics network.
