LLOYD TRIESTINO AND EVERGREEN EXTEND PACIFIC COOPERATION
Taiwan’s Evergreen Line and its Italian sister company Lloyd Triestino have extended their cooperation in the transpacific trade, enabling Lloyd Triestino to take space on additional services operated by Evergreen.
Initially, Lloyd Triestino had space on three transpacific services of Evergreen: the Transpacific Northwest “TPN” loop, the Hong Kong/Taiwan/U.S. West Coast “HTW” service and the Round-The-World eastbound and westbound service.
Now, the Italian carrier provides another two services, the Transpacific Southwest “TPS” loop and the Asia U.S. East Coast “AUE” service, by taking space on two more Evergreen services.
The agencies organizations of the two carriers have also moved closer, a spokesman for Evergreen said.
