Boeing buys 1 million shares in World Air Holdings
The Boeing Co. has exercised warrants for one million shares of World Air Holdings common stock at an exercise price of $2.50 per share.
The warrants were issued by World Air Holdings following an aircraft lease agreement with Boeing made in 2000. The warrants had an expiration date of March 29.
