The industrial real estate development and management firm began construction on the CenterPoint Logistics Center-O’Hare on the southern edge of Chicago’s O’Hare industrial submarket.
CenterPoint Properties, an industrial real estate development and management firm, broke ground on the CenterPoint Logistics Center-O’Hare on the southern edge of Chicago’s O’Hare industrial submarket.
The project will be delivered for tenant occupancy during the second quarter of 2018, according to Ed Harrington, senior vice president of development at CenterPoint.
CenterPoint appointed Colliers International SIOR Jim Estus to market CenterPoint Logistics Center-O’Hare, the companies said in a joint press release.
The logistics center will consist of two warehouse facilities, the 225,891-square-foot CenterPoint O’Hare 1 and the 333,696-square-foot CenterPoint O’Hare 2.
CenterPoint O’Hare 1 will feature a 32-foot clear height, 50 exterior docks and trailer parking for 68; and CenterPoint O’Hare 2 will feature a 36-foot clear height, 92 exterior docks, and trailer parking for 76.
