USDA PROPOSES ASSISTANCE TO FARMERS HURT BY IMPORTS
The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Foreign Agricultural Service has proposed a rule to create a technical assistance and cash benefits program for farmers hurt by increased imports of raw agricultural commodities.
USDA is authorized to develop this program under the 2002 Trade Act.
