AIRBORNE EXPRESS OFFERS EARLIER PARCEL DELIVERY
Airborne Express has added a 10:30 a.m. next-day express delivery option, which is available to most U.S. ZIP codes. The service is in addition to the existing next-morning by noon express deadline.
Customers can select the 10:30 a.m. delivery option, which will add a $5 surcharge when the package is delivered by the deadline.
Carl Donaway, president and chief operating officer of Seattle-based Airborne, said the company will be able to provide the new service “without incurring any substantial additional operating costs.”
