UNITED EXPANDS TRANSCONTINENTAL SCHEDULE
United Airlines has added three nonstop flights from Los Angeles to its
hub at Dulles International Airport near Washington.
United now has 12 daily trips between Los Angeles and Dulles, offering
considerable belly cargo capacity with B747-400, B777, B767 and A320
widebody planes.
The airline is trying to attract more freight into Dulles with an East
Coast road feeder network.
