Korean Air will add five Boeing 777 freighters, while Globe Express Service expands in France.
Korean Air has finalized an order for five 777 freighters from Boeing. The order is valued at more than $1.5 billion.
The airline currently operates an all-Boeing freighter fleet of 26 airplanes that includes 17 747-400s, five 747-8s and four 777s.
Globe Express Services has recently opened three new offices in France. The locations include Le Havre, Bordeaux and Marseille.
The offices handle a range of shipments including exports to China, Africa, Chile, Brazil, Russia, the United States and Canada, and serve various industries such as furniture, retail, healthcare, aerospace, packaging, fashion, high-end bags and watches.
