IAG appoints new commercial executive, while RoadOne Intermodal makes promotions and project44 names president.
Andrew Crawley, currently British Airways chief commercial officer, will become chief executive of IAG Cargo in January. He will replace Steve Gunning who is leaving IAG Cargo to become British Airways’ chief financial officer. Adam Daniels, who is the airline’s head of global revenue, will become British Airways’ acting chief commercial officer, while Lynne Embleton, British Airways’ director of strategy and managing director Gatwick, will replace Andrew Crawley on the British Airways board.
RoadOne Intermodal Logistics, a national port and intermodal drayage provider, has promoted Mike Clemons to vice president of sales and hired Jim Ragland as director for its central region. Ragland previously was director of business development and sales with the Hub Group and has worked for several ocean carriers during his 25-year career.
Chicago-based transportation technology firm project44 has hired Tommy Barnes, former president of less-than-truckload services and senior vice president of operations at Coyote Logistics, as president. Barnes has served on the company’s advisory board since its founding in 2014.
