SMARTBARGAINS SELECTS APL DIRECT LOGISTICS
APL Direct Logistics has signed a contract with SmartBargains, an online provider of discount merchandise based in Boston, Mass.
Under the contract, APL will provide logistics services including inbound freight management, order fulfillment, value-added services, customer relationship management, returns management and outbound parcel management.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The operation will be based at SmartBargains' facility in Hebron, Ky.
APL Logistics is electronic commerce service provider based in Jacksonville, Fla.
