COSCO AND UNIGLORY START JOINT ASIA/RED SEA SERVICE
From mid-April, China Ocean Shipping Co. and Uniglory Marine Corp. will start a joint weekly service in the Asia/Mideast/Indian subcontinent trade.
The new Far East Red Sea service is due to commence with the sailing of the “Uni-Assure” from Singapore on April 16.
The service’s port rotation will be Port Kelang, Singapore, Colombo, Aden, Jeddah, Aqaba and Port Kelang.
Evergreen subsidiary Uniglory is contributing three 1,164-TEU vessels and COSCO one vessel of a similar size.
The Far East Red Sea service will complement COSCO and Uniglory’s joint weekly CPG service in the same trade.
